"A flower boy, is a menace to society." In this world flowers are banned from boys. So the flower boys live in secrecy - collecting flowers and hiding their joy from the world. One flower boy suddenly finds company and comfort when he makes a friend with an actual flower - to his surprise one that speaks back to him.
